These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of photography services provided by [Your Name or Business Name] (“Photographer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) who engage our services through our website or other channels. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional photography services for a range of occasions and projects, including but not limited to: portraits, events, commercial shoots, and editorial work. Specific deliverables and timelines will be detailed in a written agreement or booking confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total cost) is required to secure your session date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via bank wire.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session to avoid additional charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot may result in forfeiture of the booking fee and/or additional charges.

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for their session.

  • Any special requests must be communicated in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the working environment is unsafe, hostile, or breaches ethical or legal boundaries.

5. Image Delivery & Turnaround

  • Edited images will typically be delivered within 2 weeks via a secure online gallery or download link.

  • Unedited/raw images are not provided unless agreed beforehand.

  • Final image selection and editing style remain at the photographer’s discretion unless otherwise agreed.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All images remain the copyright of the photographer.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal or internal business use.

  • Commercial use requires a separate agreement and licensing fee.

  • We may use images for our own promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.

7. Liability

  • While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for:

    • Events outside our control (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure).

    • Lost or damaged files due to technical issues beyond our control.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
